Shipping Policy

Local Products (South Africa)

• Processing Time:
  Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 4 business days. Once fulfilled, the tracking details will be uploaded to your order on the ZAD App.
• Shipping Time:
  The courier company delivers within 1 to 5 business days after the package is fulfilled.
• Total Delivery Time:
  Local orders are delivered within 4 to 9 business days.
• Christmas Cut-Off Date:
  Place and pay for local orders by 06 December 2024 to ensure delivery before Christmas.

International Products

• Processing Time:
  Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 4 business days. Once fulfilled, the tracking details will be uploaded to your order on the ZAD App.
• Shipping Time:
  Delivery by international courier takes 8 to 15 business days.
• Total Delivery Time:
  International orders are delivered within 9 to 19 business days.
• Christmas Cut-Off Date:
  Place and pay for international orders by 27 November 2024 to ensure delivery before Christmas.
